Neurodivergence and Complex Trauma

Group Therapy

Service Description

This group is for people who relate to the intersection of neurodiversity and complex trauma. You do not need a formal diagnosis of ADHD, autism, or complex trauma to attend—many neurodiverse people never have or never will receive a diagnosis. This is a space for honesty, self-discovery, and truth. We’ll be exploring complex themes including identity, trauma, selfhood, and what it means to exist in a society that wasn’t built for you. The group is designed to go deep. The ideal participant is someone who has done at least some inner work—whether in therapy or on their own—and feels ready to continue exploring themselves in a group setting. This group may not be for everyone. Some of the questions below are designed to help assess whether it’s the right fit. There are no wrong answers. If you’ve read my article (link) and it deeply resonates with you, you’re likely the kind of person this group is for.
