Virginia is a psychotherapist who works at depth, supporting people to engage more honestly with their inner world and the patterns shaping how they live, relate, and choose.

Her work goes beyond talk-based therapy, focusing instead on the emotional and nervous system processes that sit beneath conscious thought and behaviour. Together, you’ll explore the patterns through which you engage with the world, and create space for emotions that may have been suppressed, avoided, or carried alone for a long time.

This work can be emotionally intensive. It often involves meeting parts of yourself that have been buried or protected for good reason, and allowing them to be felt, understood, and integrated.

Virginia’s work is suited to people who are ready to go beyond insight alone, and who are willing to engage deeply in the process of becoming more fully themselves.
